Q: What artwork file formats do you accept for 3D proofing?

We work seamlessly with vector files in .AI, .EPS, .CDR, and vector .PDF formats. High-resolution .PSD or .PNG images are also accepted. If you only possess a hand-drawn concept or raster photo, our graphic department converts it into production vector art without charge.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) policy?

Our standard MOQ is 50 to 100 pieces per design, depending on physical dimensions and tooling complexity. We also support micro-batch prototyping for pilot marketing runs and crowdfunding projects, allowing you to validate market demand with minimal capital exposure.

Q: Can you accommodate expedited rush orders?

Yes. For time-critical marathons, corporate galas, and memorial deployments, we offer an expedited fast-track schedule: pre-production samples in 3 to 5 business days and mass production in 7 to 10 business days, backed by priority CNC scheduling and express courier booking.
