Q3: I intend to cooperate with your company. Can I get samples first ?
A3: It’s our great honor to establish cooperation with you. Sample provision is available. We can send you physical samples for your reference to check our product quality and craftsmanship.

Q4: What is your sample lead time and mass production delivery time ?
A4: Generally, the sample production cycle is 3 to 8 working days, and the mass production lead time is 7 to 15 working days. The exact time depends on your product specifications and order quantity. Our sales team will confirm the detailed schedule in advance and arrange the production with the fastest delivery timeline for you.

Q5: What should I do if I receive missing or defective goods ?
